Elm Tree Lodge is located in the suburb of Fullarton just South East of the City.

The distance to the city centre is 3km and 2km to the Waite Institute. The bus on Fullatron Road goes through the city centre and stops in front of the University of Adelaide, the buses on glen Osmond road go to the city centre. Coming from the city Elm Tree Lodge is bus stop 5. Buses run about every 15 minutes.
