Pricing:

The Preferred stay at Elm Tree Lodge is for 12 months, other times can be negotiated and there is no maximum stay.

Long term fee for 2010 is A$180 per week. Shorter term fees are available on request.

Refundable bond of two weeks rent.

The Fee includes lighting and hot water in the room, the use of communal cooking facilities, laundry and other communal areas, internet access 300mb
download per month.

Extra costs are:
Power used in the room for computer, air-conditioning etc.
Laundry machines are coin operated. Phone.
Internet excess down load.
Meals are not supplied.
